Our founder Yakup BEKTAŞ registered with Gemlik Chamber of Commerce and Industry as a sole proprietorship on 25.02.1974 and started its commercial activities in Gemlik. He worked as a road and bridge contractor at first, then turned to reinforced concrete housing construction. On 07.02.1991, BAYTAŞ İNŞAAT LTD. ŞTİ. has been registered with Gemlik Chamber of Commerce and Industry. BAYTAŞ CONSTRUCTION LTD. ŞTİ. Ş., our company has made a name for itself by building residences, workplaces, hotels and hospitals since its inception. Our company, which produces contemporary living spaces with its experience of more than 40 years in the housing sector; Projects have been completed in Nilüfer and Gemlik districts of Bursa city.
In 2018, Baytaş Construction added Wood Art and Baytaş Marble Granite brands in addition to its field of activity.
